To say that reading Sanjay Burman has changed my life would be an understatement. I purchased Success made Easy, Reading People, and The Art of Persistence in Audiobook form and am so grateful i did! Unhappy and feeling stuck, as i had felt for much of my adult life, I went out on a limb and took up a friend on his suggestion into the self help world starting with Mr. Burman. Having nothing to lose, I began a journey of self discovery through "reading people" that had nothing at all to do with reading anyone else and everything to do with my own self awareness. I began taking his suggestions such as "Do something everyday that scares you" and "pick up the phone and start calling, you need to be okay with rejection." I find myself contantly going back to one of these masterpieces and playing it, even if it's just for a few minutes and somehow what i hear it always exaclty what i needed t hear, right when i needed to hear it. Sanjay is colorful and amusing in the way he tells stories and I love that he narrates his own audiobooks. You can tell that his advice an suggestions come purely from his own experiences which are plentiful and extraordinary. It's rare that I'm able to relate so much to one specific author and I've begun to get into some of the other Burman Books authors. The process that Sanjay intoduces us to is not magical and at times it IS NOT EASY! We get out of it exactly what we put into it. My advice is...when it gets uncomfortable...KEEP GOING...then and only then do the miracles begin to happen. My life has becoome a series of moments that i have to pinch myself to be sure i am not dreaming and thank Sanjay Burman for being a part of that!Product details

I recently went to Sanjay Burnman for a hypnotherapy session and left with the results I wanted. Since I experienced this type of success in a session with him, I decided to purchase this book. I am so glad that I did! I was able to read the book easily and it was very hard to put down. You should do the exercises as he states in the book and you too will experience your own version of success. What I like the most is his commentary after he states a point. It's like he can read your mind. This is the BEST self-improvement book I have read to date. If you want to work on yourself, get out of your shell, think better, do better at work, etc., then get this book. Thanks Sanjay Burman for putting this book out there for us to read.
